Services Include

Planning and Preparation

• Unlimited phone calls beginning immediately.

• Unlimited in-person meetings, as required.

• Budget breakdown document provided.

• Critical path checklist to ensure clients stay on track with timelines.

• Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design.

• Vendor sourcing and selection (if required).

• Assistance with vendor contracts and negotiations.

• Assistance with invitation selection, etiquette, and protocol.

Pre-Wedding Coordination

• Initial meeting to discuss your plans, expectations, and vendor contracts.

• Attendance and supervision at the ceremony rehearsal to ensure all parties understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Creation of a detailed itinerary outlining all events for your day and distribution to all wedding vendors.

• Verification of accurate and complete deliveries.

Ceremony Management

• Placement of programs and ceremony items.

• Coordination of any special seating arrangements with ushers.

• Ensure timely delivery and proper distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and other floral arrangements.

• Manage the bridal party procession for smooth transitions.

• Guiding musicians and performers seamlessly through key ceremony moments.

• Assisting with family photoshoot arrangements (ensuring timely assembly and coordination of family members for memorable photos)

Reception Oversight

• Arranging the placement of the gift table, seating cards, guest book, and wedding favors.

• Ensuring all sentimental items, heirlooms, or religious elements (e.g., family photos, special décor, deity idols, or ceremonial items) are placed correctly and respectfully.

• Supervising and managing all contracted vendors to ensure flawless execution of services.

• Conducting an audio check for speeches, music, and other planned activities to ensure sound quality.

• Coordinating the evening's flow with the DJ or emcee, including key moments such as:

  • Wedding party and couple’s grand entrance.

  • First dance, speeches, toasts, bouquet toss, and cake cutting.

• Ensuring the proper setup and functionality of lighting, including uplighting and special effects.

• Monitoring bar service and ensuring drinks, including signature cocktails, are served as planned.

• Welcoming and seating last-minute guests to ensure comfort and inclusion.

• Assisting the couple with outfit changes, touch-ups, or personal needs throughout the evening.

• Working with photographers and videographers to capture key moments as per the schedule.

• Monitoring and replenishing the dessert or candy table as needed.

• Ensuring smooth distribution of wedding favors to guests as they leave.

• Handling any unforeseen issues, such as timeline adjustments or guest requests, with poise and efficiency.

• Ensuring the couple’s personal items (gifts, guest book, leftover cake) are safely packed and sent with the designated person.

• Overseeing cleanup and tear-down arrangements to ensure no items are left behind.

• Verification that all deliveries are accurate and complete.

• Both a lead planner and an assistant planner present throughout the day for seamless execution.

• Providing access to a Bridal Emergency Kit stocked with essentials such as stain remover, sewing kit, pain relievers, and more.

• Choreography for Entrances: Assist couples, families, or bridal parties in creating memorable and well-coordinated entrances.

• Pre-Wedding Event – Coordination of engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and welcome parties (any 1).
